Teeth Whitening in Dubai

Professional teeth whitening lightens the natural colour of your teeth using a whitening gel that is stronger and better controlled than shop-bought products. Whitening options
In-clinic whitening
Your gums are protected and a professional whitening gel is applied in the chair. You see a visible change in a single visit of about an hour to an hour and a half.
Home whitening
We make custom trays from a scan or impression of your teeth and give you a whitening gel to wear at home for a set time each day, usually over two to three weeks. It is gentle and easy to top up later.
Combined
An in-clinic session for a quick start, followed by home trays to build on the result and keep it.

Is whitening right for you?
We check your teeth and gums first. Cavities and gum problems should be treated before whitening. Whitening works on natural teeth only, so fillings, crowns and veneers will not change colour. If you have visible fillings or crowns at the front, we will explain how the colours will match afterwards.
Some deep grey stains, for example from certain antibiotics, respond less well, and veneers may be a better option.
Whitening is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for young teenagers.

We examine your teeth and note your starting shade. A cleaning beforehand helps the gel work evenly.

Aftercare
For 48 hours, avoid strongly coloured food and drinks such as coffee, tea, red sauces and cola, and avoid smoking.
Short-term sensitivity is common and usually settles within a few days. A sensitive toothpaste helps, and we can adjust the gel strength if needed.
How long does whitening last?
Results usually last from several months to a few years, depending on your diet and habits. Regular cleaning and occasional top-ups with your home trays help keep your teeth bright.

Questions about teeth whitening
Does whitening damage enamel?
Professional whitening used as directed by a dentist does not damage enamel. Problems usually come from overusing unregulated products bought online.
How white will my teeth get?
Results vary from person to person. Most people see a clear improvement, and yellowish teeth usually respond better than greyish teeth. We will tell you what to expect after checking your teeth.
Can I whiten my teeth while wearing braces or aligners?
It is usually best to whiten after braces come off so the colour is even. With Aline clear aligners, ask your orthodontist whether whitening during treatment suits your plan.
